Consultancy Services

Having identified a customer requirement, a qualified consultant will make an onsite visit to assess your organization's objectives and the ability of your IT infrastructure. This enables us to gain a detailed understanding of your computing environment, and give advice based on the most appropriate solutions, and the best method of implementation.

With a thorough understanding of the operational objectives and your IT requirements, our consultants work to design total solutions that bring enhanced productivity and reduce total cost of ownership.

Implementation Services

With the expertise gained from designing and proposing the right solution, we then work to deliver exactly what has been promised.

It is often practical to deliver a 'Proof of Concept' to enable customers to see the solution in action before committing. THis pilot stage removes customer risk and helps us strive to achieve total satisfaction.

Following the pilot, our specialized Systems Engineers work to effectively build and install the solution and rollout software, where appropriate, to users.

Complementary integration, migration and consolidation services are also available, and as part of our Implementation Services, customers receive a hand-over session and full documentation.
